What counts as an entry?
Any 100+PV enrolment, personal or otherwise (as long as it is in your downline), that is a result of a class, meeting, workshop, distance call (like Skype), event, or one-on-one exchange that you hold can be counted in your entries. It’s important to keep up personal enrolments along your journey, but ultimately your business will grow from your team’s collective enrolments, not just your own. As a guideline, we suggest you aim for a minimum of 3 enrolments every class (with a minimum of 100PV), or 3 one-on-ones each week.
I’m just starting out and haven’t even enrolled anyone yet, but I’m so committed to building a beautiful business, is it too soon to join Team Alchemy Premier Club?
Not at all! If you’re feeling called to dive in with Premier Club, even just a little bit, then go for it! A solid chunk of our participants in previous versions of this program were just new to the business as well, and even if they only got one or two enrolments for that round they were ‘in it’ which was amazing to see; the community and the mentorship from the stellar line up of Team Alchemy business leaders will really help you to build a solid foundation from the start.
If both my upline and I are doing Premier Club, and one of their contacts enrol at my class, who can claim that enrolment as an entry?
Let us answer your question with a question – if you are a dōTERRA leader and someone in your downline is doing Premier Club, who would you give it to? We encourage gifting that entry to your downline.
Do retail customer orders count towards my Premier Club tally?
No, only Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate enrolments count toward Premier Club.
I hold a class over the phone or Skype - how do I enter the location for this type of event?
For a consult held over the phone, type in "phone", for a consult held over Skype, type in "Skype.
I went to enter my enrolments but the form looks broken, what do I do?
Sometimes it might just be your internet browser playing games, so try refreshing the screen or opening the link in a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla). If it’s still not working, then it’s best to email Tracy via mailto:foodalchemy.tracy@gmail.com to let us know there is an issue. We’ll check it out as soon as we can and let you know when you’re clear to try again.
