At the beginning of every month, doTERRA offers new monthly promotions which differ market-by-market around the world.
Each month offers:
- Percentage off a product (normally 10% off a product, can be more)
- Product of the Month (POM)
As a doTERRA account holder, you get to take part in these promotions, in edition to the 25% off RRP that you already receive as a member.

Check what promotions are available to you, in your country. Note: you may be able to access the promotions in the USA market, but you are only able to claim promotions from one market each month.
What is PV?
PV = Personal Volume.
PV is assigned to each product and is a separate total from the dollar amount on your orders. Shipping costs and tax do not count as PV, so the dollar amount of our order will generally be more than the PV amount.
To find out the PV value of a product, check out the doTERRA website for your country and look for the wholesale price list.
For example, on the AU price list:
- RETAIL AUD - as a wholesale customer you don't pay this!
- W/SALE AUD - the wholesale price for doTERRA account holders. If you are in the free Loyalty Rewards program, you will reduce the wholesale price even further (see below).
- PV - personal volume. The value doTERRA has assigned for this product. It differs country to country.
Loyalty Rewards Program
= signing up to receive free products!
To maximise your wholesale account, we suggest you join the free Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP). On LRP you receive additional access to bonuses not available to those outside this program.
You collect points by placing a customizable, reoccurring monthly order. These points can be cashed in for doTERRA product.
When you sign up for the Loyalty Rewards program, you are signing up to receive free products.
Loyalty Rewards points accumulate from each LRP order you place, with a minimum of 50PV.
You will start earning points back at 10% of your PV.
The percentage will grow every quarter until you reach a maximum of 30% back in points.
When you place your order online, you will also earn back 100% of your shipping costs back in points.
You can also participate in the Product of the Month Club. Placing a Loyalty Rewards order of 125PV or more by the 15th of the month and doTERRA will send you the Product of the Month for free.
You are not required to place an order of 50PV or more each month.
As long as your order is at least 1PV, you will maintain your accumulated points.
In Summary
A minimum order of 1PV maintains your accumulated points.
A minimum order of 50PV awards up to 30% of the order PV as points to your account.
A minimum order of 100PV earns you commission (Wellness Advocates only).
A minimum order of 125PV earns you the Product of the Month for free if placed by the 15th.
