Oil Games is a free online training system for those that want to and are committed to rank advancing.

This is not a ‘go at your own pace’ program – you might like to check out the Daily Mentor Calls (another free program) for that style program. Oil Games is designed to help you achieve growth in your business:

Oil Games begins every single month (if you miss this month’s registration, you can start next month). At the beginning of every month, all the games begin, from Reach Elite to Diamond Dash. If you don’t register by the 4th of the month (USA time), you will need to wait to join next month’s Oil Games programs.

If you are brand new to dōTERRA, you will want to register for the Reach Elite program. If you are Elite, you will join the Premier Push. If you are a solid Premier, you will register for Silver Sprint (and so on depending on your rank).

You will be put into an accountability group of 3 people, what is called a ‘pod’ to hold you accountable for your business actions and to provide you with support.

  • Do expectations of family or friends lead you to sometimes make decisions around money that you later regret or wish you had delayed?
  • What healthy money stories do you have from your upbringing or adult life?
  • Are you ready to create a new relationship with money?

Step 1: Look back, so you can look forward with fresh eyes.

Step 2: Where to next? Setting money goals.

Step 3: Get to know your overriding financial behaviours as a pivot point for change.
  • What happens when bills come?
  • What happens when you want something, but don’t need it?
  • What are your default behaviours around money?
Step 4: Your work and money relationship evaluation.
  • Examining the intersection of your vocation and financial abundance
Step 5: There are only four things you can do with money.
1. Earn
2. Save
3. Invest
4. Spend
Look at the ways you can do more of the first three.
Step 6: Making better choices.
  • Pause before reacting, before spending money
  • Adding in reflection time

If you never had to worry about money, how would you use your time? Time is the #1 asset. We are looking for time freedom, not money freedom. Time freedom gives us independence - to choose how we spend our time, and with whom - and this not being based on the bank balance.
